This tiny treasure is very unique. It seems to be from the 1800\'s. No name found. From what I can observe it is either French or Swiss. Seems to be porcelain that is painted over silver. The face has blue Roman numerals and silver swirls. The courtship scene on the back is damaged and the watch does not wind. Please view pictures carefully.
