A lovely tooled leather etui with a full complement of fittings.

The case is of tanleather which has been tooled and coloured. The central decoration is of a fountain with agold tooled surround. c1850

The lid lifts off and inside the case is lined in red velvet and divided into separate compartments.

The fittings include a mirror, a noteslide and a leather folder with the steel scissors, earspoon/ tweezers and bodkin. In front of that are the pearl handled tools -corkscrew, tweezers, file and button hook. there is also a silver pencil, a silver thimble, silver finger guard and a silver and stone set scent bottle.

All the contents are inVERY GOODcondition as is the case.
