ANTIQUE FRENCH ART NOUVEAU HAND PAINTED AND MOTHER OF PEARL HAND FAN EVENTAIL
Beautiful original art nouveau hand fan mad in France, hand painted, dated and signed with mother of pearl sticks. The signature and date are illegible, the silk is stained and worn (mostly on the edges). The subject is very art nouveau with a female nude sleeping on the moon, with poppies, and 2 owls. It comes in its original box labeled Mon BRASSEUR, 24 Rue des Petites Ecuries Paris. It measures 9 ½’ tall and 18” wide when fully opened.
