For sale today, I am offering a wonderful Antique French Figural mantel clock. Featuring a lovely reclining woman reading an open book.The clock is key wind, made of a very heavy material, and is bronze patinated. There is a label on the bottom that says: MARKO, sold by Garretts, Bergenfield, NJ. Measures 22\" x 7\"x18\". The movement is marked inside the back of MESSALC PROD., and is a German Movement. It is un-working right now but I believe could be repaired as all the inter workings are in tact inside the clock backing. There is one chipped corner in the back but does not retract from the beauty of this piece. She belonged to a great aunt of mine who gifted me three separate clocks. Shipping will be expensive as the clock is extremely heavy, around 28 lbs. and will need extra packing materials.Truly one of a kind and well worth gracing your home as it has mine.
