A VERY GOOD QUALITY SOLID SILVER TEAPOT MADE DURING THE REIGN OF KING GEORGE III IN LONDON 1806 BY JOHN EMES. THE TEAPOT OF CIRCULAR FORM WITH A SINGLE BAND OF HAND ENGRAVED DECORATION AROUND THE BODY, RAISED SPOUT AND EBONISED HANDLE AND FINIAL. THE BASE IS FULLY HALLMARKED FOR LONDON 1806.
