I got this toy in a lot of old toys and know very little about it, it is 5 12\" tall and 6\" long and marked German on the bottom, it looks very old, most of the other items with it was German paper Mache candy containers, this may also be made of wood and paper mache, it looks like it has some age to it but have know idea of age, it may need, cleaned looks dirty but that will be up to the buyer .
