This is a super antique sterling silver hallmarked purse measuring 4 1/4\" (11 cm) x 2 1/2\" (6.5 cm) and hallmarked for Chester 1910 with the silversmiths mark for Joseph &Richard Griffin. The silver is in very good condition with no damage and is decorated on both sides in a lovely typical Art Nouveau style. The inside is lined in a blue material with some damage to one piece of the concertina part but otherwise quite good condition with just some marks. It weighs 101 grams.
