This is a 5-inch diameter biscuit tin by Huntley & Palmers that held Iced Biscuits for Children.
Peter Rabbit is a character from a Beatrix Potter Children\'s story written in 1893.
Huntley and Palmers made famous tins of many varieties. The company also provided
biscuits to British Expeditons in the 1800\'s and early 1900\'s. The older tins have been
collectibles for many years. This Peter Rabbit tin is a rare find and makes a fine addition as
a collectible and for display. It is in very good condition but it shows some age having minor
scratches and tarnish but does not have any dents. Please see all the pictures. Thank you.
