Antique Industrial Cast Iron Flywheel DecorLarge 1800\'s flywheel in an ornate spoke design with luscious raised text citing \"Woodruff & Edwards Company, Elgin, ILL.\" Remnants of original red paint in the nooks and crannies. Sets in a rustic reclaimed lumber stand for tabletop display.
17\" diameter; 18\" overall height; 20\" long display stand.
This was an extremely cherished wheel that prompted its 1800\'s owners to go to great lengths to repair considerable damage. Please note the cracks and missing spoke area. The rim\'s back was reinforced with hand forged bars of thick iron attached with bolts. This hard working soldier has amazing character!
