For your examination is this very nice old Inlaidviolin
likely made in the Saxon (Sachsen) area of German
in the mid to late19th century. Our local schop believes
it was handmade around1880...clearly made to impress.
It is in nice vintage condition.It is anbeautifulexample
of early 19th century European violinmaking...literally
a work of art...and best of all, its sounds fantastic!

becoming more and more difficult to acquire on . They
are highly sought after by advanced players, professional
violinists, violin teachers and private collectors.

I believe this violin belongs in the hands of an advanced
violinist or a collector of handmade instruments. This
is a special instrument with powerful sound that is
suitable for a soloist, a concertmaster,
or a strong ensemble player.

CONDITION:This is an exceptional violin in excellent, vintage condition. There
areno sound post cracks, no cracks to the neck orscroll...and
no open seams. This violin is 120+ yearsold and shows signs
ofbeingplayed...the expected, usual dings, scratches and patterns
ofwearthat you hope to see in a real antique instrument.I always
recommend with avintage or antique instrument that in time
you consider having itsetup to conform to your personal tastes
