PURCHASED IN EUROPE

This head is 19\" tall from top of ears to base and 16\" from main to mouth. The base is 14.5\" long.

It has obvious age but I am not sure when it was made. It could be as early as the late 1800\'s as papier mache was popular in the 19th Century and earlier.

It may have been fastened to a wall as there is a round hole on the right side. There is some paint wear on the tip of the ears.

Lots of detail in the facial features.
