Vintage Metal Inkwell With Glass Bottle

Here\'s an antique metal inkwell with removable glass bottle. The small ink well measures approx. 2\" with a simple button the opens the piece. There is a metal cap that opens to expose the glass bottle. The bottle is dirty (no cracks) and is in very good condition. The interior looks to be a brass metal as seen in the photo. We\'ve made no attempt to clean the inkwell or bottle, we\'ll leave that to the discretion of the next owner. There are no specific marking as to the maker. Possibility military? Could have been used for school, travelling or just a portable inkwell. For the age the inkwell is in very good condition.

A fantastic addition for the inkwell or writing instrument collector!
