An absolutely wonderful porcelain figurerine of RUSSIAN (BORZOI)WOLFHOUNDS, that are fighting,made by ROSENTHAL-GERMANY.Has the number 1599 stamped in the bottom. Artist on this piece, which is incised on the side is F. (FRITZ) HEIDENREICH. Known for the very fine and detailed depictions of subjects like this. The details and exquisite realism is absolutely stunning. Make sure you look at the other ROSENTHAL figurine of two fighting RUSSIAN WOLFHOUNDS that I have listed. It measures about 6\" long x 5 & 3/4\" high x 5\" deep. Please look at pictures and mouse enlarge them to see condition. I have just added a picture, as I want to be accurate with description. I have discovered a very small area in last picture, that looks like a little clear glaze loss. You really have to look very, very carefully to even see it. Still displays without even noticing.
