If you love Egyptian Revival, here is a Royal Doulton Lambeth England tea pot with an Egyptian motif.Theteapot is being sold as found in a Maine estate as there are some marks to the glaze which appear to be in the making of the pot. There are no chips or cracks on the outside of the teapot and the spout is in perfect condition. The inside of the lid has a chip which can be seen in one of the photos. The inside of the rim of the teapot has a chip which can also be seen in one of the photos. The dark marks are parts of the glaze and the shadowing on the surface where the Egyptian characters can be seen are most likely in the glaze itself as well. It is a very unique, interesting and hard to find teapot.
