ANTIQUE RUSSIAN 84 SILVER AND BACCARAT CRYSTAL BOWL:

Offered is a beautiful, double handled bowl in Russian Silver and Baccarat Crystal. The leaf and berry embossed rim is stamped \"84\" (875/1000) with the Kokoshnik stamp facing right. The handles have a fern motif. We don\'t read Cyrillic but the makers mark may be for Fendosil Ivanovich Pekin 1859~1908. The lead crystal cut bowl is made by Baccarat and has an etched stamp. I was able to get a picture, please see the last pic. There are some light scratches and rubs to the outside but no chips or cracks. The plaster or other fixture that was used to hold metal to crystal can weaken or dry out (after 100 years) a bit. When pressed, you can hear a \"crackle\" and the rim moves a little. It is still very strong and can be picked up by one or both handles. Lamp stores are good at sealing metal to glass, if you want to have this seen to. 5 3/4\" diameter bowl ~ 8 1/4\" if you include the handles. 2 1/4\" high ~ 3 1/4\" including handles.
