Here is a beautiful vintage cigarette case made in Russia/Ukraine. This does have the silver marks on the inside along with other marks which are hard to distinguish. The button to open the case looks like some sort of glass or stone. I am not an expert on this piece so i\'ll let you be the judge. Selling for a friends mother.
