This is for a lovely elegant Russian dip pen from the late 1800s. It is decorated in four panels down the side and ithas little Russian silver marks at the tip. It comes fitted with a nib and it is in nice clean condition with no dents or splits ...etc, just the light wear you see. It measures 168mmlong not including the nib.
