This is a Victorian retractable silver propelling pencil with an engraved topaz seal which bears the name \'Charles\'.The barrel is marked\'S Mordan & Co Makers\'. It weighs 11gms and measures 110mm long (when extended) x 10mm across the seal end. The seal end unscrews to reveal the spare lead storage container. In excellent condition and working order. The sliding and lead mechanisms work smoothly.A good quality silver pencil madeby a well-known maker.
