LARGE ANTIQUE SILVER J.G.GRAVES ENGLISH LEVER IN VERY GOOD CONDITION CLEANED AND OILED IN GOOD RUNNING ORDER 1898..
ORIGINAL KEY PROVIDED.
This is a large 54 mm dia Silver J.G.Graves \'Express English Lever\' in very good condition for its age, and looks to have seen little use in its years. Case is dent free with just a couple of tiny dings. Engine turning in a nice crisp condition. Hinges are tight and covers close firmly. It has been cleaned and oiled and in good running order.CASE. 54mm dia Silver case in very good condition. Dent free with a couple of tiny dings. Hinges are sound with no play. Back cover springs open to less than 90 degrees by depressing top button. Engine turning and vacant Cartouche in crisp condition. Bow is still tight with no signs of wear. Hallmarked for Chester \'P\' for 1898.
MOVEMENT. Cleaned and serviced and in good running order English lever with going barrel. Key wound free the back anti-clockwise and set on the hands with all functions working as they should. Winds smoothly and fully and runs for a complete wind keeping good time. No 333157.
DIAL. Crisp white single sunk Enamel dial is in Mint condition with no surface imperfections. No hairlines. Gold coloured main hands and blue steel second hand in good condition.
CRYSTAL. Thick mineral glass crystal has a couple of tiny surface marks barely visible but over all in very good condition.Postage to the U.K. is by Special delivery at £7.50
