ANTIQUE SOLID SILVERLARGE SPIRIT FLASKFully hallmarked for CHESTER 1900and with the maker`s mark - W.N, forWILLIAM NEALE of WARSTONE LANE, BIRMINGHAM.-----------------This is a superb, large flask, in truly excellent condition.NO DAMAGE-----------------Curved to fit comfortably in a hip pocket - see pic. 4.Comes with a separate drinking cup that fits securelyon the bottom half of the flask.The top, which is correctly corked and does not leak,opens and closes with a bayonet action, like a light bulb.See pics. 8 & 9.----------------Please note that there are excellent hallmarks on both the cupand lower half of the flask - see pics. 5 & 6.The marks at the top are worn - see pic. 7, causedby an excess of polishing.-----------------Flask height:- 124 millimetres / 4.8 inches.Overall height:- 153 mms. / 6.1 ins.Width:- 100 mms. / 3.95 ins.Depth:- 33 mms. / 1.3 ins.Weight:- 277 grams / 8.9 ounces.Capacity:- 325 millilitres / abt. 0.56 pints.-----------------
