A truly grand original souvenir spoon by MARIUS HAMMER of Norway, dating to the early part of the 20th century, Art Nouveau circa 1900-1915.The spoon createdby mastersilversmith and jewellerMARIUS HAMMER. Hammer was one of the most important silversmith\'s in Norway, a contemporary to \"FABERGE\' Hewas from Bergen, Norway, creating masterpieces from his factory, living between1847-1927.Rest assured this spoon can NEVER be older than 1927, but does date, from the turn of the Century. Photos do NOT do justice to this lovely enamel souvenir spoon.Very good condition, no damage to the enamel, justan ever slight rub to the gilt near the lion and crown area, not really noticeable, I mention for 150% honesty. This feels so nice in your hand,beautifully weighted as well...X
