Delightful antique late Victorian sewing bag/ purse, which has been produced from navy faux leather with cut steel mounts and clasp. The bag has a matching handle and opens to reveal a fitted interior. The lid of the purse holds various carved bone (bovine species) sewing tools, including a needle case, bodkin and stiletto, with several other tools and steel thimbles also in the bag.

Circa 1880.
SIZEThe bag measures 12.2cm (4¾") wide, 7cm (2¾") high (not including handle) and 4.5cm (1¾") high.
CONDITIONThe bag is in a very good condition for age, although as to be expected there is some wear and surface scratches to the exterior. Please refer to the above photographs for details of condition.SHIPPING IS FREE WORLDWIDE!!!!!
