This is a beautiful vase in close to perfect conditioneven though is more than 100 years old.The vase bears the mark VIENNA AUSTRIA, (ImporterP.H. LEONARD ca. 1880-1908)The vase is 9\" high and is 7 1/2\" wide with handles.It is hand painted and decorated with colorful mums ona pastel and brown background. The piece is signed bythe artist on the bottom.The scalloped edge is gilded.The vase has no chips, cracks nor repairs. Almost no wear tothe gold and to the painted composition. The white spots thatyou see on the foot of the vaseare due to the glare.
