This sale is for a lot of two tin chocolate rabbit & lamb mold/mould/press from Europe.

Dimensions:The rabbit is about 7 inches (~18 cm) tall and the lamb is less than 4 inches tall.

This rabbit mold is marked “West Germany” which is a country that NO LONGER EXISTS!!! The country of Germany was split after the Nazi atrocities of WWII into West Germany and East Germany. West Germany was administered by the Western Allies (America, Great Britain, et al.) and East Germany was administered by the Communist of the USSR. In 1989, after the Berlin Wall had come down, East and West Germany were reunified into Germany. The point of this little history lesson is this: In the future, items that are marked West Germany will be as collectable as pieces marked “Occupied Japan” are today.
