For your consideration is a pair of very uncommon Danish modern lounge chairs by Arne Hovmand-Olsen for Mogens Kold. These chairs were produced in the 1950\'s and are seldom seen, especially in pairs. They are constructed of solid teak with leather upholstery. Both chairs are in very good vintage condition. They have been cleaned up and look fantastic! There is some minor wear to the leather which is to be expected for chairs this age. These small areas can easily be covered/blended with the right colored polish. We left this to show the age of the chairs. The leather is still very supple and not dried out or cracking. We actually thought the upholstery was vinyl at first because of its wonderful condition. Upon close inspection we realized it was leather. The original owner confirmed this and said the chairs are 100% original. Both chairs are branded on the bottom \"Made in Denmark Design Hovmand-Olsen. In our opinion, these chairs have a striking design that is right up there with the best work from Hans Wegner and Finn Juhl. Please see all of the photos for a good visual description.
