Asweet little vintage owl door knocker – the tiniest I have seen, well-cast and withattractive detail. It offers a collectible, practical item andwould make an interesting talking point attached to the front door, offeringyour visitors a unique means of request for entry to the house, or it couldequally well be used internally, as they were in their heyday. It would thrill a child if affixed to theirbedroom door and would admirably suit a study or library room.

Thefront of the knock has been lightly cleaned, but the striker plate and the backof the knocker hasn’t, to retain its vintage patina. Has two fixing holes.

Approximatemeasurements: Height of striker plate 2.5 inches (62mm). 0.8 inches (21mm) across widest part of knock. Weighs 51g.
