Wow!! 26.2 grams solid platinum, estimated 1920s date. Handmade. 90% 10% iridium. Hallmarked.
17mm wide in the very middle, band tapers from 7mm to 14mm before the center section.Diamonds are absolutely gorgeous. Bright white, clear, estimated vs2/si1 and no color.Approx 138 round single cut diamonds, 6 accent marquise around the main marquise.The smallest stones are .04 - .05ct each, largest are .1ct (besides main). Estimated 9cttwTotal weight is my educated guess after adding up all the stones. Allow for margin of error.Main stone is amazing, you can see right through it. I cant see any inclusions with 10x loupe.I\'d say the main is VS/SI1. No color or fluorescence. 10.5mm x 5.2mm.
I\'m guessing main stone is 1ct but I\'ve had opinions that its .85 but also 1.05 so I\'m not sure.No expense was spared with the stones or construction. This is the piece to have!!
CONDITION ISSUES: See last few photos.When you insert the clasp it locks, but the fold over lock does not stay. Easy fix.One of the circle links is slightly bent/misshaped. Skilled jeweler would straighten back to normal.I will get it fixed when my jeweler is back in town, or you can take it to someone you trust.These are not tough fixes. Other than that the piece is excellent.
