It is in overall *Excellent Condition* and is being sold *As-Is*. I tried to gently wipe the back with a soft damp cloth to no avail. Please check photos carefully, as they are part of the description and if you need more details please ask questions Before offerding. This mirrored wall plaque is accented with faux jewels and measures about 14.5\" H x 12.125\" W x 0.375\"-0.75\" D with hanger on the back. The felt on the back is glued down around the edges, so despite the tabs it does not open.
