TWO LADIES LEANING OVER EACH OTHER TO FORM A BASKET CENTERPIECE BOWL

This beautiful antique porcelain centerpiece features two ladies, their bodies forming the handle of the basket. Gilt trim with floral design in cream and pale gold. Lovely detailing in the figures. Marked Royal Dux Bohemia on the base. Weighs about 5 pounds and is approx. 10.5\" tall, 14\" long and 6\" wide.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING CONDITION ISSUE WHICH IS WHY THIS PIECE HAS SUCH AN OUTSTANDING PRICE - OTHERS SELLING FOR OVER $1200.00 ON - REVIEW AND ZOOM IMAGES PRIOR TO PURCHASE AS THIS PIECE IS NON REFUNDABLE - I AM NOT A COLLECTOR SO DESCRIBING AS I SEE THE PIECE:

The prime issue (and it is not glaring since the piece is so ornate) is on one side the gilt handle has broken off at some point (see images). Other than that the normal small issues for vintage pottery - there appears to be nicks to the tips of the thumbs of one lady. Dark mark on back leg. There is some gold loss and wear to the color from age and some dirt inside the basket. Some rough sharper areas by the side handles but they may have just been from creation process. Overall nice vintage condition.

Shipping high as it needs to be packed by UPS for adequate insurance and they charge a lot for materials, service and then shipping.
