Will power on

Will load Windows

CD-ROM drive is busted

4) HP 15-f033wm (Windows 10)

Will power on

Part of the taskbar is non functional

Unable to reset

5) HP 15-f033wm (Windows 8)

Will power on

Will loadWindows

CD ROM is broken
