You are looking at the Astonishing Xmen Omnibus by Joss Whedon which has been out of print for some time now. The book has some wear and tear as pictured. The gutter is wider than normal in some spots but since this is sewn binding, it is not coming loose from the block. Based on my internet research, this does not effect the integrity of the binding, but if you are concerned, research yourself before purchasing. I am not an expert and I want you to feel good about your puchase.
