I am offering this exquisite Antique Victorian Era Chain, Coin Purse in a Brass/Copper Metal with a large Amethyst stone set as a central decoration. The Purse is 8\" long with the chain attached x 3\" wide x 1 3/4\" in diameter. It has a kiss lock closure.

The front of the purse has a raised intricate Victorian Design displaying this very large, faceted diamond cut oval Amethyst stone. The inside has two compartments all in original condition.

It is in relatively good condition for its age, showing the true grandeur of the quality in this piece. A lady of stature and prestige would surely have owned this magnificent piece.
