Condition:

  •  This authentic Chanel Maxi Flap has been gently used for a couple of months since purchase earlier this year. The bag is still in very good condition. Four corners are in mint condition (please see pic 12, 13, 14, 15), the stitching on right side of the flap came loose (please see pic 26) it can be fixed for free at Chanel, but if they charge you, feel free to send me a copy of receipt where service is clearly stated, I will be happy to refund you the cost. There are some marks in the interior (please see pic 24, 25). Overall this bag is in very good condition, no sagging or rip in the leather. All flaws are circled. 
  • If you\'re looking for a brand new, near new or mint condition purse--it\'s not for you.  

 



Shipping
  • Merchandise ships with a security tag. We videotape the entire packaging process and handing it to USPS clerk to prevent fraud.
  • Merchandise and its serial number will be videotaped in a very detailed way to prove it is in the condition it was advertised. This is to prevent hassle and unnecessary dispute in the future.
  • DOMESTIC:we ship via USPS with full insurance and signature confirmation.
  • INTERNATIONAL:we ship via USPS Global Express Guaranteed with signature confirmation and insurance. This particular shipping method is pricy but very reliable and fast. It usually takes 3-5 business days to reach to most destinations in the world. However, your country\'s customs office may impose delay upon their discretion which would be out of our control. Please consult with your customs agency regarding duties and taxes as it will be your responsibility.
  • If an international buyer wishes to have merchandise ship via a different courier, please contact us prior to making your purchase.
  • We will not ship merchandise uninsured.


Terms of Sale
  • Returns accepted if post-marked within 2 days of delivery; via the same shipping method as how merchandise was shipped to you.
  • We must be notified of the return immediately upon delivery.Please make sure security tag is still attached. No refund will be granted if tag is removed.
  • Refund will be issued upon completion of thorough inspection of returns. Refund will be in the same manner as how the payment was made.
  • Unpackaging process is always videotaped to prevent potential fraud.
