US NAVY RATE PATCH - WWII ERA

ITEM DESCRIPTION

This Listing is for an Authentic US Navy Rate Patch from the WWII era

Machinist Mate 2nd Class (MM2c) - Petty Officer 2nd Class

This insignia was the same as used for Boilermaker and Water Tender rates

This rate was made by Liona and has \"Liona\" stitched on the backside

The Rate that you see is the Rate that you will receive upon purchase

It is a uniform takeoff removed by my Grandmother during and after WWII - She worked as seamstress in Long Beach, California removing and sewing on Navy rates during the War

This rate is part of a large collection of Navy rates that my Father, a Boatswain\'s Mate 2nd Class in WWII, inherited from my Grandmother

ITEM CONDITION

The Rate is an authentic \"once existed on a uniform\" Rate that is in reasonably Good Condition

This Rate has a small nick in it down on the lower left (see photos)

Because I have other Machinist\'s Mate 2nd Class Left Side Rate Patches available, the Buyer will have the option of choosing one of these other Patches (without the nick) if they should desire

RETURNS

Please note that I am a small Seller listing items out of my home.

Because of this, All items are sold \"As-is\".

However, in the event that you, the Buyer, feels that the item you received is not as was described in the sale listing, or you find that the item does not fit the application you require it for, then send me an email and I will work with you on resolving the problem. As needed, I will coordinate with you on returning the item back to me.

If the item is returned, then:

The shipping cost to return an item to me, the Seller is to be paid by you, the Buyer.

In the event that it is clear that I have erred in my sale listing and the item is not as indicated, then I will refund you (the Buyer) the following:

1.) Your original offer / purchase amount.

2.) The shipping cost to send the item to you.

3.) The shipping cost to return the item back to me.

If however, the item was received as described in the sale listing, and return of the item was made back to me, then upon my receipt and inspection, I will refund only the sale offer / purchase price back to you, the Buyer, less the Listing & Closing Fees
