AWESOME EARLY Vintage Native American Navajo TURQUOISE Silver BraceletVery finely executed vintage Native American handmade bracelet featuring a MAGNIFICENT green turquoise stone that shows no evidence of being treated. The wonderful and rare turquoise stone is mounted to a STERLING SILVER shank consisting of a heavy twisted wire flanked by HAND STAMPED triangle wires all secured at the terminals with heavy tabs. The stamped design consists of arrows which is one of my favorite embellishments however this incredible bracelet has a KILLER Turquoise Stone. This wonderful older bracelet measures 5-5/8\" from end to end plus a 1-1/4\" opening. It is just shy of 3/4\" wide and weighs a WHOPPING 72 grams. In excellent condition there is light wear for the age and a beautiful patina. There is NO damage to the silver or the turquoise! Inside one of the tabs there is residue left behind from an old price sticker. Clearly this piece has been part of a collection since it was last on the Market.PROVENANCEWe purchased this bracelet at the The Native Treasures Collectors’ Sale benefiting the Museum of Indian Arts and Culture. Private collectors donate Native American art to the sale. The Museum reviews the items prior to them being put on sale. We will provide the winner of this sale with the ticket that we received with the bracelet from the show.
