offerDING IS FOR THIS AWESOME VINTAGE J. CHEIN & CO. HOPPING RABBIT WIND UP TIN LITHOGRAPH TOY. IT\'S 5\" IN LENGTH, IT HAS THE J. CHEIN SYMBOL, AND I BELIEVE THAT IT DATES BACK TO BEFORE 1950\'S, BUT IT COULD POSSIBLY BE AN EVEN OLDER TOY. I\'M NOT SURE OF THE EXACT AGE. THERE IS NO KEY INCLUDED, BUT I TRIED IT USING ONE FROM ANOTHER TOY, AND IT DOES WORK. IT DOESN\'T REALLY GO ANYWHERE, BUT IT WILL HOP UP AND DOWN IN PLACE, AND IT ACTUALLY GOES BACKWARDS A BIT. OVERALL IT\'S IN VERY GOOD CONDITION FOR IT\'S AGE. THERE IS SOME LIGHT WEAR, WITH SOME LIGHT SURFACE SCRATCHES, AND IT DOES SHOW SOME AGE. THERE ARE ALSO SOME \"TEARS\" IN THE TIN AT THE TOP OF THE FRONT LEGS WHERE THEY MEET THE BODY. I BELIEVE THAT THESE ARE AS-MADE, BUT I CAN\'T SAY FOR SURE ?? SEE THE LAST PHOTO. IT DISPLAYS VERY WELL, AND IT WOULD BE A GREAT ADDITION TO ANY COLLECTION OF VINTAGE TIN TOYS.
