Lincoln, April 14, 1864,\" in near-mint steel tip fountain pen graded MINT 9 by PSA/DNA. Overall in fine condition with three horizontal folds. An incredibly dating, one which that has never been offered prior, that would serve as a centerpiece to any history collector.
