DAILYNECKLACE.COM ships worldwide via Hongkong Post Standard Register Airmail service. You will be required to sign for your package when receiving. Please consider this when entering your delivery address. If no one is home for delivery, local postal guidelines apply. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

We process your order fast! All orders with in-stock and available inventory will ship within one day of receipt. Once you receive your shipping confirmation email, please wait up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update. Generally, you can expect to receive your item(s) within 7 - 20 business days. Please allow additional time for country addresses or during public holidays.

Returns Policy

DAILYNECKLACE.COM offers a no questions asked, 14-day return policy from the day you receive your order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply contact us for a full item price refund. Please follow the instructions below to return or exchange your purchase:

Contact us with your order number and item that you wish to return.
Place your item unused, in it\'s original packaging and with all labels and tags still attached. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack have to be returned as a whole set.
Ensure that you enclose your original invoice or purchase receipt.
Secure with packing tape and address to DAILYNECKLACE.COM, to the address we will supply you.
Return the item by a traceable shipping service. If an item is not sent via this method, we cannot track the item and if it goes missing, we regret that we cannot provide a refund. You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs.
Once we have received the returns item, we will then refund via PayPal back to you. Please noted that the initial and return shipping fees will not be refunded.
We regret that if your item do not arrive in the original condition, with the original packaging and tags attached, we may not be able to honour your refund. We hope you understand.
DAMAGED ITEM: We are sorry if an item arrived that was damaged. Please contact us immediately and we will work with you to address the problem.
