You are looking at a one of a kind, beautifully repurposed, Art Nouveau/antique style birdcage.
The birdcage was originally purchased at a 2nd hand store in New York City. It was then hand painted gloss black and adorned with real raccoon skulls and jaw bones, decorative purple flowers and a crucifix.
The inside lights up with an 4 bulb LED battery powered light (no ugly or distracting cords). The skulls were never harmed from human hands; passed from natural causes and cleaned using dermestid beetles.
All assembled and dreamed up by Acey Slade.
