Very nice advertising plate, almost like new. Very presentable with intact lettering, beautiful flowers. Reads: \"Faust\'s Market Prompt Delivery Mayville, Wis Phone 47.\" Based on phone number must be from the 20\'s or 30\'s. slight crazing in glaze over all due to age; \"crackeling\" appears to be underneath the surface of the glaze as the surface is just as smooth as a brand new plate.
don\'t have tape measure with me to give measurements so have a photo with a ball point pin on top to give perspective on size. I think it is a bread plate but not sure.
Back stamped with \"Limoges China, USA\" and city that appears to be \"Sebring, Ohio\"; not sure of the city but the Ohio is plain.
Small \"flea bite\" on back side does not detract from display on front. Included photo of ball point pen pointing to chip to give size perspective, almost the size of a \"BB\" but not quite.

Collected in Livingston, Texas about an hour north of Houston. It has traveled a long way and apparently was very well taken care of and never used.
Want it to find a good home, preferably with some to the Faust descendents.
