Shipping Information

Our prices run along side our shipping, if you see an item that is a little more expensive this is because it is a little more expensive to ship, where possible we have made adjustments to items in order to save you money, an example would be an item being split into 2 pieces so it can go into smaller packaging, same result, same finish but cheaper cost to you.

Postage is Free to the UK, and with 10 years experience selling wall stickers you can rest assured the packaging will be secure.

Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with your item for whatever reason you can return the product, we offer a 100% satisfaction gaurantee.

If a mistake is made by us a no quibbles or fuss replacement will be issued promptly.

If an item is lost we will issue a special delivery replacement, please note if you claim an item is lost it is not our policy to then refund no matter what the reason, this policy is in place to prevent fraud as we had an unusual increase in buyers taking advantage of us a few years ago conveniently \"i have bought from elsewhere now\" when a replacement was offered.

Do not buy from elsewhere if your order is lost, we will not refund you, we will only offer a replacement.
