DESCRIPTION
I think this picture is absolutely beautiful. It has glass surrounding it in the fram. Appears picture is not handpainted. I really am not a dealer or familiar with art so this is my opinion. Back says made in china but it is so nice looking. It is big and heavy. This item will ship insured which I will cover. I will work with the buyer to find the cheapest shipping method. These measure approx 15\" x 13 3/4\". It is heavy at 4lbs unpackaged for shipping. I did not notice any chips, rubs, scrapes etc. Looks really nice!
