The Stieglitz Collection in the Museum of Fine Arts has the distinction of being the first group pf photographs by one artist to enter an American Museum. Twenty-seven photographs were gifted to the museum in 1924. In 1950 Georgia O\'Keeffe augmented the collection with forty-two works. Here are 62 beautifully subtle photographic illustrations in actual sizes printed in rich duotone. Edited with text by Doris Bry. Includes chronology and bibliography. Published by the Museum of Fine Arts: Boston in 1965 to coincide with an exhibition of the works. A first edition softcover with stiff boards in excellent condition.
