Front board with traditionalAlice rabbit in gilt. A few light marks but else in very good+, bright condition.The spine with titles lettered in gilt with decorative gilt panelling, raisedbands. There is a little wear to spine ends and light creasing to edges but allsolidly bound. Interior with hand-marbled endpapers, decorative inner dentellesand all edges polished gilt. Interior in Fine, clean , tight condition.

Scarce Eileen Soperillustrated edition. 1st Edition 1947. Illustrated throughout in colour andblack and white by Soper who was famous for the Enid Blyton Famous Five books.
