Religious3 061 - AMAZING VINTAGEBYZANTINE STYLE ORTHODOX METAL SHEET ICON!!!AmazingVintage Orthodox Metal Sheet Icon depicting a scene from the Bible, the Resurrection of JesusChrist. The relief is done with great details,depicting the orthodox images. It is set in beautiful wooden frame with relief edge. The icon is anold copy on an old Byzantine Icon, at the moment in museum in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Asuperb icon, rare subject, very decorative and attractive. Made of white metalthat resembling old silver very well. Could be silver plated but I can’t saythat in 100%.

There are some green deposits, probably as a result ofthe wet Environment. It can be clean with no big effort. Excellent and RARE item!!! Circa 1950-60\'s,but could be older, I’m not sure about the date.
