A pierced mutton bone needle case in the form of a book. The front panel is pierced through and backed with pink silk. The design incorporates a hound, foliage and stars. The back is plain mutton bone. The flannel ,needle stuck interior is the original.

In excellent condition- minor chip to one pierced star (top left) but the corners are perfect and the ribbon sound.
