Untrimmed edge, uncut pages connected on top edge, 6 1/8\" x 9\". This copy is numbered 406.Condition: Book has sunned spine and soiling on cover. Small marking penned on top right corner of the free endpaper, ex-owner Edward Dean Lyman\'s bookplate attached to front paste-down endpaper.
