Large ancient Chinese vase from the Yuan/Jin Dynasty circa 1115 to 1368 AD. It\'s globular in shape with impressed Ammonite decoration. These types are commonly known as coin jars due to the round shape of the decoration. This example is in excellent ancient condition with no restoration. It\'s also extremely large for the type measuring 10\" tall by 11\" wide.

The last picture is from a similar but significantly smaller version currently available for offerding on livesaleeers with an estimate of 800 to 900 and an opening offer of 375.
