Extremely nice and solid Russian kindjal. Judging from construction and aging, should date at least from the 1800s, if not earlier. Has what appears to be gold inlay on the base of the blade. Full length alternating blood groove. Nice overall patina to the blade, but no heavy pitting. Handle appears to be horn. Handles are solid with no wiggle or play. 19.25\" long.
