Beautifully carved fragment, depicts two figures holding a lantern? or possibly a large pomegranate.Finely detailed, particularly the facial features and hair (see photos). Some ancient chips, but basically intact. Measures 5.5\" tall x 4.25\" wide x 2.25\" thick. Old tag attached, showing retail price of $1200.00. Small, yet powerful.Bought at sale years ago, part of my personal collection I am selling to downsize.
